Please be sure to list ingredients in order of use; No abbreviations allowed, spell out items such as: tablespoon, teaspoon, cup; Include weight of purchased food item, such as 1 can tomatoes (14 ounces). Also, include the cooking/baking time and temperature; number of servings; size of pots/pans/dishes. Recipes MUST be submitted to the Katy Area Chamber of Commerce -Email Recipe to info@katychamber.com Entries whose recipes are received by September 25 will not be accepted. I hereby give my permission for my entry to become the exclusive property of the Katy Area Chamber of Commerce and Riviana Foods Inc. (Sponsor) and I understand it will not be returned. I agree that the submission of my entry constitutes permission for the Chamber or the Sponsor to use the entry, including recipes, for editorial, advertising or promotional purposes without further compensation. I/we agree to the guidelines and conditions of the Contest. I/we declare that the information above is true and complete. Entries are to be brought to the VFW Hall 6202 George Bush Dr by 8:00 AM, Saturday, September 27, 2008. Judging will begin at 8:30 AM. Entry materials must be picked up by 11:00 AM Saturday, September 27, 2008.
