All vendors submitting
booth applications and contracts will be notified regarding
booth acceptance/rejection and booth assignment within 45
days after receipt of completed application, contract and
payment.
Vendors accepted and assigned one or more booths will receive
additional information/confirmation regarding the final Festival
schedule and revised map with booth locations prior to
October 1, 2008.
